Hoover Premium Pet Formula Detergent when used in carpet Hoover SteamVac, suv, F7452900 has terrible smell of urine and stains the carpet. I cleaned three carpets today with this product. Two of the carpet had no animal smell lingering, but the carpet last year was the most smelly, still had a strong odor after cleaning the animals. I'll probably have to redo the carpet last year because of heavy use it receives, and since dogs tend to sit on it. The formula must be stronger deodorant as pet odors are so strong. Formula also could use more bleach in it, and you do not see a big difference after carpet cleaning View all 2 reviews ....
