The customer service has somehow convinced me to have an exchange rather than a refund of any kind. Big mistake! Uses the new twice before he broke. Unfortunately, past the store to a minimum. I called Hoover, who would not give me a refund. Instead I had to lead him to a service center, 40 km away. It took three months to repair. I'm back, again broke on first use. he brought to the service center at this point it is about 8 months in a 1-year warranty. You must wait for parts again when another three months will be fixed. Even the man told me to fix these things are lemons. Thank you. Where were you when I bought this piece of junk!? Needless to say, the last time it was broken, too. Hoover my calls received no wages and no satisfaction. Not even an apology for such a worthless piece of junk. My experience was so terrible that I wrote them a letter (which I never do) and say how unfortunate that the machine had done for me. No answer. Ferrell If you've ever had, or would like to have your carpets professionally clean than this is the machine for you. If you ever had your carpets done by a professional company, so I suggest you take the right rug doctor after he left to run and with nothing but hot water in it. You will not believe the amount of SOAP (and dirty) professional associations leaves. The soap itself is a dirt magnet. clean the carpets yourself with this machine a few times and will pay for themselves and their carpets are much cleaner because professional companies leave him. My husband and I have five pets inside (a laboratory, a sheltie, 3 cats - they seem to be constantly throwing up hairballs on the carpet) and a month 8 year old daughter who also loves carrots mashed vomit on the carpet when we least expect it! I can quote Poopy diapers sometimes loses? This rug doctor gets all ugly cat vomiting, WB and foods for infants in the sky (carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, cranberries) of our lightly colored beige carpet we used to induce vomiting and diarrhea in dogs and the dog left spotless behind. My sister's dog stayed with us once and peed on the carpet in the master bathroom. We used the rug doctor to clean it. If you do not get the smell, once an animal is peeing in the house, they will all start to do is mark their territory! We usually go back on the mat a second time and sometimes a third full of hot water, only to find out all traces of soap (yes, even with the reduced amount) until the water we pull the rug is clear ( or almost) So I feel like the carpets are really clean when cleaning urine of animals (if not a problem for you ):... a black fluorescent lamp (you can buy in a shop in the game) This is the urine use (and a few other spots) glow in the dark. In this way you know exactly where he is. After cleansing you can with black light to check that all was urine or if you need to get back on they enter into little more time. The room must be completely dark (not overnight) for the stain to show under the black light carpet doctor makes your house smell nice and fresh. We use only commercially available solution. This works fairly well, but do not remove deep embedded stains. The cost is comparable to similar products. What impresses me and makes me want to do is clean, that this product smells citrus-y ... Fell I have two cleaners Bissell, a heat-pro and the other is even older. I wanted one of these thinking I could buy as my other two have a number of years on them and I had to try to repair the old. This unit has a very good job, while cleaning in the middle of a room (away from walls and ect.). The brush on the shakes back and forth so it will on both sides of the NAP. This does not mean too close to edges and when you start cleaning it does not start putting up the solution very close to the front, so you have attatchments have to get close to walls, stairs, large furniture that you would not want any movement once you clean ect. It is also great, making it hard to clean stains. I do not know if it really clean that much better than my hot pro (I bought it the first time it came out a few years ago - is not the latest model) but not to stop and add water / sewage tank almost as Pickup often Another disadvantage of this machine is that you have to mix detergent and water. The Bissel has separate tanks, and if you want to go up in water to clean a stain that you just cleaned or go heavier on the cleaning solution grimier areas, you can just turn a knob. Even advertising would have you believe that the carpets will dry faster. Not sure if this is true. Do not get me wrong, it's a very good cleaner, and is built like a tank, I'm not sure it's worth almost $ 1,000 ($ 800 and more recently we have that Bissell also heats the water, or keep the good and the heat anyway). We have 3 dogs and a boy, a teenage clutsy still at home, and they keep me busy cleaning carpets. By Michael - ~ The Doctor Manta is not carpet cleaner more elegant, but it's definitely a horse of simple, solid construction that does the job. You control the speed as you drag it over your carpet, and I suggest that you check the infomercial showing the speed to take it for best results. If you have a small apartment, where the model does not need to be broad, but if you have a house over the average size will be glad you have model WIDE. In addition to the instructions, I would like to finish cleaning the carpet with one clear rinse with hot water to remove traces of cleanser do this because I believe the small amount of cleaning product residue tends to cause the carpet to return to the soil itself more quickly. The machine has interesting features, including the washing, only allowing clean blankets, no soap or shampoo. The machine is unique to most other family members extractors, brushes because the machine does not withdraw in the brush when they are placed on the floor. Both Hoover, Bissell, Eureka and all brushes pressed into the housing of the machine. The Royal brushes are more like a vacuum cleaner, with the exception of having two rows of bristles, a clockwise spinning, spinning other counterclockwise. This allows you to clean both sides of the carpet fibers. The other feature that sets this machine out, competition is secured and easy cleaning of the machine by the consumer. Most homes Carpet extractors are very difficult to dismantle for cleaning and maintenance. The Royal 7910 is an exception. No tools required for housing development off to clean all the hair manufacterer 7910 Royal warranty is 3 years parts and labor. I have not seen any major problems with this device, and a 3 years warranty, feel safe in this machine for many years to come. Best Carpet Cleaner I've owned I've owned a few models Visser and they pale in comparison with this model. The only mistake I found is that my motor burned out after one year and the mechanism that keeps the handle in place breaks fairly easily. The new model has a better engine than last year and it seems that the handle latch much more stable. Never touch the device with a full collection tank, which is how I broke my last one, it's just for the water pollution is not the lock mech.
