The naysayers are crazy Okay, so I bought this product today (from Target, not from Amazon.com) and I want to start by saying, undisputed, excellent. I was hesitant to buy this product since last year, I made a big mistake by buying Bissel Flip It's (electronic broom sweeping and vacuum). Before I begin my review of this product, let me begin by Bissel equivalent. I bought it because I'm 26 years old and lived in New Orleans in the French Quarter. I would have friends all the time, and they would quarter dirt tracks across the hardwood. I bought the Bissel because it seemed sensible. It's an electronic broom vacuum on one side, then turn the handle to the other side and it is a wet map. It came with two detachable mop has a non-moving brush and a small microfiber pad. The Bissel product was horrible. It weighed about 20 pounds (much heavier than the product) and vacuum does not pick up anything, even the smallest dust or dirt would blow the dust away before the device can reach it. When he turned around, did SEM which he advertised to do. The only problem was squeegy to push water around. The unit must build up a quest to fetch water. It would build a desire not drive up slightly while pulling back. Then he picked it up very well in water, although, again, the unit weighs about 20 pounds. I bought the Bissel product on Amazon.com for about $ 189 dollars. But did not open until one month after his arrival, so when I got to use it was too late to return. I wrote to Bissell to see if I get my money and refused, saying only that it would be replaced. I gave it to a friend, and put it on the sidewalk, two days later. Hoover This product is completely different. It not only has a microfiber pad, it has a movement that shakes the brush that cleans really tile (in my new home in Arizona) I rebought this type of product, because for those not in Arizona, the area was lived extremely dusty and much tile is textured. My intention was to buy it, to clean the tiles * and then try it. This product is not returned. The people who lived in the house before me the plate with a kind of protection that was peeling off and gather dust had coated. They also brought their bikes, so if I bought to try the first goal, the buff was gone. Nothing worked. As of today, when I bought the machine they are gone. Thus, the protections were eroding collect dirt. Someone said in an inquiry "will not clean my mortar." The mortar is clean, so I do not know what they say. The bottom line is that some people have a mental illness. You can look at their profiles and see the number of reviews they do and it's clear that buying stuff just to see it later the same people who are religiously puts QVC and hsn. The same people who complain "It's so heavy," are those who say, "did this, this, this and this." If these things were, it would be easier than it is simple physics. Vacuum works well, so do the diet. You do not need to flip or lift it to build an intake and get mops feature to work. He slipped on the tile with relative ease, and even though I'm in shape, it is exceedingly easy. My only complaint was when I went to remove collection tank, I did not know you had to keep very tight. The bottom fell out and scattered across the floor. I washed the tank and replaced it, and the cake was recleaned in less than 3 minutes. Buy this product. Buy shit, and return it if you do not like. What a workout! The machine does everything the ad says, I want to tell you a little 'info about it (especially if you're not in shape or overweight) For me, it was heavier than 16 pounds before adding water. But not without reason. If you're stuck on food or rubber or other ..... Do not scrub brushes.
