Delighted with this purchase! Ten months ago, we purchased $ 7,000 of new light carpeting. Two months ago, we have two new puppies new shelter and a dog (none of which has house-trained), in addition to our other three dogs (one of whom is an elderly and incontinent). We live in a region where coyotes and cougars and we can not leave our dogs at night. Needless to say that our new carpet has taken a major devastating blow if we all adapt to our new life together. OMG My carpet looks and smells absolutely new. Stains and odors that I thought maybe permanently in the carpet came out all I really shocked. I did not expect such a good result. As regards SteamVac itself, I find it super easy to refill the clean water and empty the dirty water tank. It is a heavy machine, so I'm glad they do not make a bigger tank because it would have been too difficult to handle for me. As it stands, it is perfect ... I plan often used to carpet maintenance. I'm not cleaning products using the fast runner, but once I mastered, it was easy to use and it really worked! One of the most attractive features is the large landfill.
