So that's what color my carpet was really ... We really need to be hired to test and carpet cleaners, but even then the price of this dream machine gave me a clean break (ok, too). With two kids, three dogs and two cats and carpets fairly light, we have our cleaning products for testing. Frankly, this carpet cleaner clean as well if not better than the pros and worlds better than our current Hoover F6207-900 SteamVac Lite Carpet Cleaner with Heated Cleaning. Advantages: 1) Handles can be restored without a load on the hose - I say this after changing the hose a few times before Hoover 2) You do not mix the detergent!
